The case of the petitioner is that he is the absolute owner of the subject property and has requested the 2nd respondent to measure his land measuring an extent of 0.02.3/4 cents comprised in Survey No. 30/8C4, situated at Manguppai Village, Omalur Taluk, Salem District, by submitting a representation dated 03.10.2025. However, the same has not been considered till date. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has approached this Court. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 03.10.2025 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the adjacent landowners, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
