Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 12.06.2026 before the respondent seeking issuance of land to land less poors, comprised in Old Survey No.120, New S.No.239/2 Hectare of 16.50 in Patta No.142 measuring 2 acre 63 in Dharapuram Pudhur in Dharapuram Village of Kadaiyampatti Circle at Salem District. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 12.06.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
