Appeal No. 763 of 2025, dated 04.04.2025 filed by the petitioner for hearing and dispose of the same and pass…” 2. Sri G. Divyatheja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, placed on record a copy of written instructions of the Sub- Collector, Madanapalle, Annamayya District vide Roc.B4/914(DRO No.763)/2025, dated 18.06.2026, wherein it is stated as follows: 3 BSB,J W.P.No.16123 of 2026 “...It is further submitted that after receiving the detailed report from the Tahsildar, Ramasamudram, notices issued to both appellant (who is the writ petitioner herein) and respondents for hearing on 22.06.2026, and an order will be passed after hearing the arguments of both parties. The writ petitioner's appeal in Roc.No.B4/914(DRO No.763)/2025 will be disposed of at the earliest possible date.” 3.
