According to him, he is entitled to benefit of Government Order dated 06.02.2025 and he has also made a representation claiming such benefit, but, decision thereupon is not being taken by respondent no. 2. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer and submits that the respondent no. 2 be directed to take decision on the pending representation. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2 to take decision on the representation made by the petitioner (Annexure-13 to the writ petition), as per law, within three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
