In terms of the appointment order, petitioner’s tenure of service was till 31.03.2026, though further extendable in case of satisfactory performance. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to avail appropriate remedy as may be available to the petitioner for redressal of her grievances, in accordance with law. 4.
