No. 4 of 2024 in O.S.No. 49 of 1997 within stipulated time to be fixed by this Court. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court. 3. The aforesaid suit was dismissed for default on 26.07.2024. I.A.No.4 of 2024 has been filed by the 1st respondent/plaintiff seeking to restore the suit, which was dismissed for default. According to the petitioners, earlier there was a direction issued by this Court in a writ petition to dispose of the suit within a time frame. However, according to the petitioners, the suit was dismissed for default on 26.07.2024. I.A.No.4 of 2024 has been filed by the 1st respondent seeking restoration of the suit in O.S.No.49 of 1997, which was dismissed for default on 26.07.2024. 4.
