The petitioner, an erstwhile Director of the respondent no. 8, has been served with a show cause notice of September 30, 2024, which is under challenge in the present writ petition. 2. The petitioner’s case that the other Directors had sold and/or transferred the company (respondent no. 8) to the respondent no. 9, behind his back and without any knowledge of the petitioner, cannot be adjudicated in the present writ petition. 2 3. The petitioner is at liberty to pursue his remedies against the other Directors as well as the respondent no. 9, if so advised. Since the petitioner had already replied to the show cause notice, way back in November, 2024, the respondent no. 3 is directed to dispose of the reply of the petitioner to the show cause notice dated October 21, 2024, by March 15, 2026 upon giving a hearing to the petitioner. 4. With the aforestated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
