On March 7, 2026 when the matter was last taken up for hearing, Ms. Chowdhury, learned advocate for the bank informs that the petitioner has already preferred an application before the Debts Recovery Tribunal and raised similar issue as has been raised in the present writ petition. 2. In view of such fact, the petitioner prayed for accommodation to avail necessary instruction 3. Today Ms. Chowdhury has submitted an order dated 6th May, 2026 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal from which it is evident that the petitioner had filed an original application being IA 933 of 2026 and raised the issue before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 4.
