A memo dated 29.01.2026 signed by learned counsel for petitioners has been filed, which reads as under: "It is submitted that the impugned order in the writ petition is suspending the trade licence issued in favour of the petitioners for the year 2017-18 and now the respondent no.1 has issued a fresh licence for the year 2025-26 by considering the eligibility of the petitioners. Copy of the Trade Licence issued for the year 2025-26 is produced alongwith the memo. Hence, above writ petition does not survive for consideration. Wherefore, it is respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to dispose of the above writ petition by noticing the subsequent event in the interest of justice and equity." 3.
