JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs: "i) Issue a writ/s order/s in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to accord permission to the petitioners to transfer/shift the school of the petitioner in the name and style of Srinavachethana High School, Bhuvaneswari Nagara, Magadi Road, Bengaluru-560023 to the new school building put up by the petitioners in the land in Survey No.82/3 measuring 1.00 acre of land at Honnatagi Village, Vijayapur Taluk, Vijayapura District; by considering the representation dated 18.05.2024; and ii) To Issue any other writ/s, order/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit to pass in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2.
