Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 12.03.2026 before the respondents for grant of patta and to remove 0 value in revenue records, in respect of house site 17, Block No.17, S.F.No.456/4 Natham Land, Karumathampatti Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District, based on the assignment patta granted by the 4th respondent in HSD No.1647/2002 dated 11.02.2002. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner’s representation dated 12.03.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks. 4. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2026, after issuing due notice to the petitioner and other aggrieved persons, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
