JUSTICE RAVI CHIRANIA Order 10/04/2026 The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition with regard to the selection process of for the post of Class-IV employee in the year 2024, whereby the petitioner has prayed for directing the respondent to issue the Economically Weaker Section Certificate (hereinafter referred to as ‘EWS’). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not have the EWS certificate and therefore, she is not able to participate in the selection process for the post of Class-IV [2026:RJ-JP:15205] (2 of 2) [CW-6590/2026] employee. As the petitioner is not having the EWS certificate, she could not participate in the document verification process which was held in March, 2026. Considering the terms of the advertisement, the respondent- Tehsildar, Nadbai, Bharatpur is directed to consider the application of the petitioner for the issuance of EWS certificate within a period of 30 days. However, the same shall not create any right in favour of the petitioner for selection in the impugned advertisement dated 12.12.2024. In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of.
