…for the respondent
1. The grievance of the petitioner is against the private respondent no.5 who happens to be husband of the petitioner. The petitioner/wife has made a written complaint to the Officer-in-Charge of Behala Police Station alleging that the private respondent no.5 has forged and fabricated her identity as owner of several companies and is defrauding the public at large.
2. On query of the Court, it is fairly submitted is that there are several disputes between the petitioner and the private respondent. Perusal of the prayers made in this writ petition, it appears that the same are vague and cannot be granted in this present proceedings.
3. Without going into the merits of the allegation, it appears that the petitioner has certain grievance against the private respondent which can be properly redressed in appropriate forum in accordance with law.
4. Liberty be granted to the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional magistrate to ventilate her grievance in the event the petitioner has aggrieved by any act that amounts to cognizable offence. It is, however, clarified that this Court has not looked into the merits of the allegations made by the petitioner and thus has not commented thereon.
