Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that despite pendency of RLTA and the fact that the arguments have already been advanced on either side and the matter has been reserved for orders, the Rent Court has proceeded with the execution petition and posted it for taking delivery. However, this Court has granted interim stay on 15.06.2026. 4. The learned counsel for the respondent/landlord fairly states that RLTA is now posted on 23.07.2026 for passing orders and pending final orders from the Rent Tribunal, further proceedings in the execution proceedings will not be precipitated and subject to result of RLTA, the respondent will pursue his E.P. __________ Page2 of 4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP No. 3275 of 2026 5.
