Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No. 12530 of 2026 dated 03.06.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Principal Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders” is modified to the effect that “ the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Principal Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under EC and NDPS Act, Chennai, on alternative days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4.
