The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that through inadvertence, only the order rejecting the review application has been challenged and the original order has not been challenged. He, therefore, prays for leave to withdraw this civil revision application with liberty to file afresh. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 3450 of 2026 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file afresh challenging the orders in accordance with law.
