Sunita Das Manikpuri, who is second wife of late Shri Amarnath Manikpuri and after filing of this writ petition, petitioner along with PAWAN KUMAR JHA Digitally signed by PAWAN KUMAR JHA 2 / 2 her mother has submitted an application for grant of succession certificate before the court of competent jurisdiction, which was allowed and based on the order of succession passed by the competent civil court, her mother has been granted some benefit and released part of death-cum-retiral dues of the deceased employee. As mother of petitioner has already filed writ petition, which is pending consideration in WPS No. 12713/2025, petitioner may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition. 3. In view of above facts of the case, submission made by learned counsel for petitioner, not opposed by the counsel for respondents, this writ petition is dismissed, as withdrawn.
