Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that from the possession of the petitioner 2 kgs. of ganja were recovered in continuation of the recovery of 142 kgs of ganja from other accused persons. Learned advocate submits that the petitioner is in custody for 9 months and he has been implicated in this case while he was in rehabilitation centre. The investigation of the case having been concluded, petitioner prays for bail on any stringent conditions. Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail and emphasises on the antecedent of the petitioner. Having regard to the quantum of recovery and there has been recovery from the present petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 2 Accordingly, CRM(NDPS) 82 of 2026 is dismissed.
