I.A.No.2 of 2019 is filed for condoning the delay of 528 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case. No representation for the Petitioner even after posting the matter under the caption ‘for dismissal’. There was no cause, let alone sufficient cause, shown by the Petitioner for filing the Revision Case with enormous delay of 528 days. Therefore, I.A.No.2 of 2019 is dismissed. In view of dismissal of I.A.No.2 of 2019, the Criminal Revision Case is also dismissed, as the delay is not condoned. There shall be no order as to costs.
