With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the Respondent No.3 namely District Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar, to pass appropriate order on the aforesaid representation, most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order, unless there is no legal impediment. 5. In case it is found by the District Magistrate that he is not a competent authority, he will forward the same to the concerned authority who will take a decision in the matter.
