No. 223 of 2016 on the file of the Principal Labour Court, Chennai, and the order dated 29.01.2026 passed in C.P. No. 109 of 2025 on the file of the I Additional Labour Court, Chennai. 2. By consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3. When the Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner intends to prefer statutory appeal under Section 41(2) of the Tamil Nadu Shops and Establishments Act, 1947. 4. Considering the abovc submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file such an appeal.
