Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for respondent No.1, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and perused the material on record. 3. After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to submit a fresh/new representation to the respondents along with relevant documents and by directing the respondents to consider the same and take appropriate decision/pass appropriate orders within a stipulated time frame. 4. Submission is placed on record. 5. Liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to submit a fresh/new representation along with relevant documents to the concerned respondent. If such a representation is submitted by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the concerned respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22939 WP No. 6182 of 2022 orders/take appropriate decision in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of fresh representation by the petitioner. 6.
