Cr.MP No.1 of 2026 The bail application of the applicant-Neetu Devi was allowed by this Court on 09.12.2025. Now, the Superintendent Jail, Model Central Jail, Kanda, H.P., has submitted the request, disclosing therein, that the applicant has shown her inability to furnish bail bonds in the sum of Rs.5,00,000/- with two sureties of the like amount. In view decision of Hon’ble Supreme Court, in case titled as Moti Ram and others versus State of Madhya Pradesh, reported in AIR 1978, SC 1594, the amount of bail bonds and surety bonds is modified, by directing the applicant to furnish the bail bonds in the sum of Rs.3,00,000/- with two sureties of the like amount.
