This is an application filed for withdrawal and transfer of H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2024, said to be pending on the file of the Court of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Piler to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Anantapuram. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Gandavalli Mahesh, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the matter sought to be transferred viz. H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2024 on the file of the learned Senior Civil Judge, Piler has been disposed of on the strength of a joint memo filed by both the parties. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this matter. He also placed a copy of the order dated 01.07.2026 in H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2024 indicating that the advocate for petitioner filed not press memo with notice to the other side and the other side endorsed “No objection”, resulting in the dismissal of the application, i.e. H.M.O.P.No.16 of 2024, without costs. 3.
