In short, it is his contention that though initially, the stamp duty and registration charges were deposited, the respondent no. 4 again demanded the additional stamp duty or charges. According to him, the respondent no. 4 is under an obligation to register the title documents. He further points out that, even the information obtained under the Right to Information Act, 2005 supports his case. 3. Be that as it may, since the call is not taken by the respondent no. 4 on the contention raised by the petitioners, we direct the respondent no. 4 to treat the present petition as a representation and decide the same, in accordance with law, after granting an opportunity of being heard, if necessary, to the affected persons, within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.
