Petitioner is presently serving as TGT (Arts) at GSSS Baat, E/B Mehla, District Chamba, stated to be a sub-cadre area. The case projected by the petitioner is that on completion of much more than requisite tenure at the aforesaid station he preferred a representation on 25.11.2025 (Annexure P-1) to respondent No.2/competent authority, 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - seeking transfer to a station of his choice. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer policy within a period of four weeks from today.
