The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in Cr.No.1364 of 2020, the Trial Court after, considering the issues and the facts and circumstances of the case, directed a further investigation to be conducted and a final report be filed. However, nothing has been is done in that regard. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that if three (3) months’ time is granted, the further investigation will be completed and an appropriate report will be filed before the Trial Court. 4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
