Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have made a representation dated 21.11.2025 before the respondents to refer the matter to competent civil court for enhancement of Compensation for the acquired land comprised in S.No.640/19B admeasuring to an extent of 43 Sq.Mts situated at Maduravoyal Village, Chennai. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government’s Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioners’ representation dated 21.11.2025 will be considered within a period of four weeks. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
