By means of filing instant civil misc. application, petitioner seeks to restore S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 7721/2002, which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 16.01.2025. 2. In the order dated 16.01.2025, this Court clearly noticed that since more than period of two decades, petitioner did not provide correct and fresh address of the Transport Workers Union through which three workmen were to be served. A liberty was granted to petitioner to seek restoration of writ petition, in case, petitioner provide correct and fresh address of Transport Workers Union within a period of four weeks. No application within prescribed period was filed and the present application has been filed on 25.07.2025 i.e. after a delay of about more than six months. That apart, in the application of restoration itself, no correct and fresh address of Transport Workers Union has been provided. 4.
