The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner was selling liquor bottles without permission and illegally possessed 10 VORION 180 ml brandy bottles. Hence, a case has been registered. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and, upon instructions, submitted that the petitioner is having four previous cases, all of similar nature. 4. This Court has considered the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). The petitioner is having four previous cases of similar nature. The said antecedents are certainly prejudicial to the case of the petitioner and it appears that the petitioner has been repeatedly indulging in similar offences by misusing the liberty granted to him. 5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is of the firm view that the petitioner does not deserve the discretionary relief of anticipatory bail.
