Instant petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners in connection with Pattamundai Model P.S. Case No.317 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.697 of 2025 pending in the file of learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-cum-J.M.F.C., Pattamundai on the grounds stated therein. 3. The petitioners had earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.12347 of 2025 disposed of vide order dated 7th November, 2025. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injury reports were not available with the Court, hence, the petitioners were directed to surrender to seek regular bail. By producing the copies of the medical examination reports of the victims, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that none of them received any grievous injury during the alleged incident. Recorded the submission of learned p. 2 counsel for the State. Perused the injury reports. Three of the injured received lacerations, but all are stated to be simple in nature with an opinion therein that it might have been caused by hard and blunt object. Considering the above and submission of learned counsel for the petitioners that no one is having any past antecedent and first-time offenders and circumstances under which the alleged incident has happened, this Court though not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to any of them, but is of the view that they should be directed to surrender before the learned court below for being released with stringent conditions. 4. Accordingly, it is ordered. 5. In the result, ABLAPL stands disposed of with the direction as aforesaid. It is further directed that upon surrender before the court of learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-cum- J.M.F.C., Pattamundai within a fortnight from today, the petitioners shall be released on bail in connection with Pattamundai Model P.S. Case No.317 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.697 of 2025 subject to them furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each with one solvent surety for the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below, which shall be at liberty to impose such other suitable conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 6.
