Though petitioner in this contempt petition has not pleaded about the status of above mentioned writ petition, however, from the perusal of writ petition it is appearing that the said writ petition was withdrawn by 2 / 2 the petitioner(therein) on 21.07.2025 which is enclosed along with the WPS No. 1265/2017 passed by this Court. 3.
