No.126 of 2024 pending on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kanchipuram. The respondent who is son of the first petitioner is the plaintiff. The suit was filed for partition and for separate possession. The first petitioner is the senior citizen, aged 75 years. 3.Pleadings are complete in the suit but the issues are yet to be framed by the Trial Court. The petitioners seek for early disposal of the suit. 4.No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kanchipuram to dispose of the suit O.S. No.126 of 2024, after framing issues and after conducting trial, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondent, notice to the respondent is dispensed with. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kanchipuram to dispose of the suit O.S. No.126 of 2024, after framing issues and after conducting trial, within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
