III ------ 04/09.04.2026 This writ petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, wherein order passed by the Workmen’s Compensation Commissioner, has been questioned. 2. There is provision for appeal under Section 30 of the Employees’ Compensation Act. However, an appeal has not been filed, instead this writ petition has been filed. 3. In view of the above, it transpires that Section 30 of the Employees’ Compensation Act already provides that an appeal will lie on the law point. If any law point is involved in the present writ petition that can be decided in such an appeal. 4. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to prefer appeal in the light of Section 30 of the Employees’ Compensation Act.
