Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: “a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the second Respondent to consider the Petitioner’s representation dated 18.12.2024 (Annexure-F) and effect khatha of the property bearing Khaneshumari No.94, Shivanapura Village, Dasanapura Hobli, Bangalore North Taluk, measuring 52x42 ft. b) Pass such other relief/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit & proper in the interest of justice & equity.” 2. The petitioner claims to be the owner of the property bearing Khaneshumari No.94 of Shivanapura Village, Dasanapura Hobli. The petitioner is stated to have made an application for transfer of katha. A perusal of the papers indicates that a online application for effecting katha has not been filed by the petitioner, which would be the requirement for the respondents to process the said application. 4. In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to submit an online application with all supporting documents, which shall be filed by 13.02.2026. 5.
