The only grievance of the petitioner is that the encroachment case is pending before the respondent No.3, which needs to be decided earliest. The petitioner prays for a mandamus that a direction may be given to the respondent No.3 to dispose of the encroachment case which is pending against the petitioner since 2024. 3. Considering the prayer made by the petitioner, I direct the respondent No.3-the Circle Officer, Bharno to consider the case of the petitioner and dispose of the same preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.
