Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made an application dated 03.04.2026 before the respondents to conduct necessary enquiry and transfer the patta in respect of survey No.641, situated at Karimangalam Village, Karimangalam Taluk, Dharmapuri District, and consequently issue separate patta in respect of the petitioner’s name. However, the same was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Learned Government's Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the order has been passed on the petitioner's application dated 03.04.2026. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
