JUSTICE PRAVEER BHATNAGAR Order 10/04/2026 The matter comes upon an application for modifying the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail to the petitioner vide order dated 12.06.2024. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court, the petitioner is regularly marking his presence on 25th of every month before the concerned Police Station. However, it is urged that the condition imposed upon the petitioner is harsh and business of the petitioner is adversely affected, therefore, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 12.06.2024, may be relaxed. Heard and perused the material available on record. The condition upon the petitioner in the impugned order dated 12.06.2024, was imposed after considering the fact that the [2026:RJ-JP:15252] (2 of 2) [CRLMA-418/2025] petitioner was having criminal antecedents and there is no reason for this Court to relax the said condition, at this stage.
