Considering the submissions made on either sides and the nature of the offence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP.No.14299 of 2026 dated 09.06.2026. Accordingly, the condition that “the petitioners should report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders” is modified to the effect that “the petitioners should report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 4.
