The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No.69 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 468 of the IPC, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Seraikella. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be a transporter. He further submits that the allegations are made that raw materials were not reached to the destination. He further submits that the petitioner has also lodged a case for such occurrence and the said case has been investigated and charge-sheet has been submitted against the driver. He next submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 4 of this application. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the material has not reached to the destination by the truck of the firm of the petitioner. 5. Considering that the petitioner has also lodged case for not reaching the material and the petitioner is happened to be a transporter and in that ( 2026:JHHC:10190 ) view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions as the learned Court may deem fit and proper. 6.
