The learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application. 2. Permission granted. The Criminal Application is disposed of as withdrawn. 3. Needless to mention that the Supreme Court has already expedited the hearing of the trial. It further appears that, the evidence is almost complete, however, considering the nature of the evidence and the fact that 95 witnesses have been examined by the prosecution, it will definitely take some time. However, the parties and the Court shall make efforts to conclude the trial preferably within a period of 4 months. In case the trial is not concluded within 4 months, the applicant is at liberty to approach this Court once again. [ M.M.
