SAKTHIVEL, J These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 48 days in filing the Writ Appeals. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that the Trade Union is looking after the case of the appellant and workers and office bearers of the Trade Union and taking steps to file appeal. However, the appellant was not able to financially contribute towards the filing of the appeal. In addition, he had to arrange for necessary funds. In all these aspects delay took place. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served.
