According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the children are grown up and they are also married. He further submitted that the wife is residing in a property owned by the petitioner and the petitioner has been thrown out of the property. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to live with the wife but she is refusing for reunion. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. 4. The allegations in the domestic violence complaint point out some prima facie case as against the petitioner herein and in such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to quash the complaint. In case, if the petitioner likes to mediate the matter, the same can be done in the DVC proceedings itself. 5.
