Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.6426 of 2026 dated. 01.04.2026, is modified and that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.” 4.
