The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ratu P.S. Case No.24/2025, registered for the offence under Sections 319(1), 319(2) of the BNS, Section 63, 65 of Copy Right Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made of selling duplicate spare parts of Leypart Company, however the said parts were not manufactured by the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner is a seller of spare parts. He also submits that the petitioner has purchased the said parts from the market. He next submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 11 of this application. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of keeping duplicate parts of Leypart Company. 5. Considering that the petitioner is a seller of spare parts and it has been pointed out that he has purchased the alleged spare parts of Leypart ( 2026:JHHC:10231 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 1228 of 2026 Company from the market and he has not manufactured the said part and further, the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and in that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions as the learned Court may deem fit and proper. 6.
