This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents not to take coercive action against the petitioner’s property in the proceedings initiated by the respondents under Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short “SARFAESI Act”). Petitioner claims to be legal representative of the principal borrower. 2. On the last date of hearing, following order was passed: “In the interest of justice, adjourned to 15.04.2026. In case, there is no representation on behalf of petitioner and arguments are not addressed on adjourned date, this Writ Petition may be dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.” 3. Today, again there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter any longer. 4.
