A perusal of the complaint lodged by the petitioner to the Superintendent of Police, Kanyakumari District, dated 15.11.2025, clearly reveals that the petitioner has given a complaint before the jurisdictional police and they have not issued any receipt for the same. 4. In such circumstances, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabhapuram, is directed to take the complaint on file and proceed in accordance with law. 5.
