A perusal of the FIR reveals that the petitioner along with other persons are said to have attacked the defacto complainant. Specific overt acts are alleged as against the petitioner herein also and in such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR. 3. The FIR has been registered on 28.01.2018 and the charge sheet is said to have been laid on 08.07.2022. So far, the same has not been taken on file. 4. In view of the above said facts, there shall be a direction to the first respondent police to see that the charge sheet is taken on file after rectification of defects.
