In short, it is his contention that the permission to the petitioner to appear in NEET-PG-2026 Examination was rejected on the ground of pendency of departmental inquiry against him. Further, he fairly points out the communication dated 27/08/2026 issued by the Deputy Director, Health Services, Akola Board/Circle, Akola and contends that now the proposal is forwarded to the Government for reconsideration of the decision. The said communication dated 27/08/2026 is taken on record and marked as ‘X’ for identification. 3. Since the proposal is already forwarded to the respondent no. 1, this Court expect that the Commissioner would take appropriate decision within a period of two weeks from today. 4. Considering the nature of controversy involved, the petitioner is permitted to appear for NEET- 2026:BHC-NAG:11263-DB 2 110) WP 6612-2026.odt PG-2026 Examination, which is likely to be conducted in the next week, subject to the clarification that the same would be of provisional in nature and subject to the outcome of the decision, which would be taken in the light of proposal forwarded on 27/08/2026. 5.
