The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the appeal against the award, dated 18.08.2025 made in M.C.O.P.No.83 of 2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sub Court, Thuraiyur. 2.Despite receipt of notice, the first respondent failed to enter into appearance. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent and also perused the records. 4. Considering the reasons assigned and also taking note of the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.
